开始前准备什么Before you begin

• Python 3.8+，以及允许使用 IMAP/SMTP 的邮箱环境。Python 3.8+ and an email environment allowing IMAP/SMTP.
• 专用练习邮箱或备份、服务商认可的登录方式与实际文件夹名称。A practice mailbox or backup, a provider-supported login method and correct folder names.
• 在本地填写 .env；授权码和密码只保留在自己的环境中。Complete the .env file locally; keep passwords and authorization credentials in your environment.

按这四步使用Follow these four steps

1. 阅读说明，确认邮箱服务商和组织的实际权限。Read the guide and confirm provider and organization permissions.
2. 复制 .env.example 并在本地填写配置；不要上传 .env。Copy .env.example and configure it locally. Do not upload .env.
3. 用练习资料检索记录、写入一份草稿；查看实际草稿箱。Use practice inputs to search records and append one draft; inspect the actual drafts folder.
4. 核对收件人、事实、签名与附件；确认后才安排发送。Review recipients, facts, signatures and attachments before sending.

能力与使用边界Capabilities and limits

官网整理版保留原有草稿，不自动清理邮件；发送函数需要显式确认。本轮未连接真实邮箱运行参考脚本，使用前需在自己的环境中确认。The website edition retains existing drafts and does not automatically delete email. Sending requires explicit confirmation. The reference scripts have not been run against a real mailbox in this update; validate them in your environment before use.
